Sabrina Rollings

Sabrina is a registered physiotherapist and valued member of the Quinte Orthopaedics team for the past year, with a focus on active recovery and performance-based care.

Sabrina joined the Quinte Orthopaedics team in 2025. Originally from Stirling, she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Australia in 2016. She brings over eight years of experience working in private practice across Australia, treating a wide range of patient populations.

Sabrina has a strong clinical interest in ACL rehabilitation, athletic adolescents, female athletes and weekend warriors, as well as hip, knee, and ankle osteoarthritis. She also has experience in concussion management and clinical Pilates.

She has completed additional training in neuromuscular dry needling and holds certifications in DMA Clinical Pilates, CCM Concussion Management, GLA:D, Scolio-Pilates, and Movement Assessment Technology.

Throughout her career, Sabrina has been involved in high-level sport and research. Her experience includes contributing to La Trobe University’s randomized control trial on ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, working as an off-season physiotherapist for AFLW athlete Alyce Parker (GWS Giants), and serving as a team physiotherapist for the SEABL/NBL1 Albury-Wodonga Bandits. She has also supported athletes at Australia’s School Sports Competition and worked closely with Paralympian Eliza Ault-Connell. In addition, she has been involved in athlete development through the Talented Athlete Program and has led mobility and recovery classes for youth athletes.

Outside of the clinic, Sabrina enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors with her family, often leaning into her passion for homesteading.
