The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, as we adapt to the new changes that COVID-19 has brought, please review our current policies and procedures before attending the clinic.

We are currently asking all patients to please come to their appointments alone, unless assistance is required.

All patients are required to wear a mask when they enter the building, please bring one with you. (If you do not have one, you can purchase them at the front desk).

You will be asked to sanitize your hands prior to entering the building and you will be checked for any fever via a hand held thermometer. 

Our main door will remained locked, we are asking all patients when you arrive for your appointment, please call or text this designated number 1-437-770-7246 and await further instructions. (This number is for arrival for appointments only)

There will be NO access to washrooms so please have that in mind before entering.

All new patients will be required to complete the intake package prior to their appointment, we will be contacting you via email with this information once the appointment is booked. 

On the day of your appointment, please consider the following:

  1. Do you have a fever, new onset of a cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
  2. Have you have close contact with anyone with an acute respiratory illness or travelled outside of Canada in the past month?
  3. Do you currently have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
  4. Do you have two (2) or more of the following symptoms: sore throat, runny nose/sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of smell or taste, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue/malaise, diarrhea, abdominal pain or nausea/vomiting?
  5. Are you over the age of 65 and experience any of the following: delirium, falls, acute functional decline, or worsening or chronic conditions?

If you answered yes to any of these please cancel your appointment - either email or call us to reschedule.
