No, a doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist. Please note: some extended health insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral for reimbursement.

Yes! We require a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee being applied to your account.

The Fitting Room does not direct bill to private insurance providers; payment is required for all services!

We treat MVA-related injuries. If you’ve been in an accident, please bring:

  • Insurance company name
  • Claim number
  • Adjuster’s contact information
  • Date of accident

We’ll guide you through the paperwork process.

Appointment lengths vary depending on the service and your treatment plan. Initial assessments are typically longer to allow for a full evaluation and personalized plan.

Every recovery is different. Some patients improve in just a few visits, while others benefit from a longer treatment plan to fully recover and prevent future injury. Our team works with you to create a plan tailored to your goals.

Yes — we carry a wide range of off-the-shelf braces and supports. For custom or specialty braces, an assessment is required to ensure proper fit and function.
